I began my real estate career in 1984 and have successfully represented hundreds of clients in transactions involving single-family homes, vacant land, apartment buildings, and commercial properties. I have also handled complex multi-property sales, including tax-deferred exchanges. In addition to my sales experience, I have managed real estate offices for two well-known firms, where I recruited, trained, and guided agents through their transactions. As the owner of CDO Properties Inc., I specialize in acquiring and renovating distressed properties for resale. A third-generation native of this community, I am deeply invested in its growth and success. I serve on the Board of Directors for the Gilroy Foundation, a nonprofit organization that provides grants to local initiatives. My community involvement also includes volunteering for the Gilroy Garlic Festival and serving for 10 years as a Paid Call Firefighter. Additionally, I teach Real Estate Principles and Real Estate Practices courses at Gavilan Community College.
