With over 40 years of experience in the real estate industry, my philosophy has remained the same: the client always comes first. While technology has transformed the home buying and selling process, one thing remains unchanged—people want an agent they can trust to prioritize their best interests. My extensive market knowledge, negotiation expertise, and commitment to client success ensure a seamless and rewarding real estate experience.

I began my real estate career in 1984 and have successfully represented hundreds of clients in transactions involving single-family homes, vacant land, apartment buildings, and commercial properties. I have also handled complex multi-property sales, including tax-deferred exchanges. In addition to my sales experience, I have managed real estate offices for two well-known firms, where I recruited, trained, and guided agents through their transactions. As the owner of CDO Properties Inc., I specialize in acquiring and renovating distressed properties for resale.

A third-generation native of this community, I am deeply invested in its growth and success. I serve on the Board of Directors for the Gilroy Foundation, a nonprofit organization that provides grants to local initiatives. My community involvement also includes volunteering for the Gilroy Garlic Festival and serving for 10 years as a Paid Call Firefighter. Additionally, I teach Real Estate Principles and Real Estate Practices courses at Gavilan Community College. I understand that strong home values and a quality education go hand in hand, a belief reinforced by my wife’s 30-year tenure as an educator in the Gilroy Unified School District.
